About Joseph Harmer
Joseph is a registered patent attorney and a member of TNW’s litigation team. Prior to joining TNW, Joseph achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where he successfully prosecuted over 40 general and special courts-martial, including 20 jury trials. While earning his second undergraduate degree in electrical engineering at the University of Utah, Joseph worked at a local firm drafting and prosecuting patents. Joseph is licensed to practice in Utah and Colorado and enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and rock climbing.
